Birthday cake for the little one.

The other day, we had a mini birthday party for my little sister ( she turned 10 ) & yes you guess it right! Obviously i baked cupcakes for her! Brownie cupcakes! yes it's rich of chocolate & butter! (lot's of calories there!hehe) And it's ingredients & method is easy-peasy! no mixer required! :) There's no fuss rule in baking , so if you have the tastiest brownie recipe! you can alway apply to cupcakes too!

Ingredients :

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 80 unsalted butter , buttercup is the best!
  • 150 g sugar (icing sugar more preferable)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 180-150g of broken pieces of dark chocolate
Take note : Use adequate amount of butter. And make sure the ratio of butter : flour should be around the same! Personally , i normally use butter not more than 80 g ! Why? - your 'cup' won't be too oily! & flour should be around 150 g!

Remember your chocolate/butter/sugar should be place over simmering water ! Add eggs one at a time, after that add your dry ingredients! and Walah! your brownie cupcakes! & approximately about 12 cupcakes depend on the size the cupcake paper! :)

Stay tune to next post : Frosting made easy!
